It is with deep sorrow that we bid farewell to Robert G. Brannan, a compassionate soul whose life was dedicated to the service of others. Robert aged 57, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on November 16, 2023, leaving behind a legacy of love, kindness, and selflessness.
He was born on September 28, 1966, in Lincoln Park, Michigan - the youngest of Joseph and Marianne Brannan's nine children.
Robert's journey in life was significantly marked by his loving marriage with his wife, Elaine, with whom he shared 31 wonderful years. He fathered and raised five children: Megan, Caitlin, Nathan, Evan, and Ryan. Robert strove to afford every advantage in life to his children and instilled the values of generosity and service to others.
Professionally, Robert led a career at President Tuxedo. He then brought his expertise to the restoration industry as a project manager with Emergency Restoration. His commitment to excellence and his unwavering work ethic were evident throughout his career. Colleagues and clients held him in high regard for his expertise, reliability, and genuine concern for those around him.
He is survived by his wife Elaine. His five children, Megan (Brandon) Prowant, Caitlin, Nathan, Evan (Mia), and Ryan. Grandchild, Oliver. Brothers, Ralph (Teresea), Wayne (Dianne), and Jamie.
A visitation to celebrate Robert's life will be held on Friday, November 24, 2023, at Pixley Funeral Home – 322 W. University Dr. in Rochester, Michigan. Visitation will start at 4 p.m. and conclude at 8 p.m.
The memorial service will be held Saturday, November 25, 2023, at Faith Church – 160 West Hamlin Rd, Rochester Hills. There will be an hour of visitation starting at 10 a.m., and the service will begin at 11 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, a cause close to Robert's heart.
