

He was born on April 29th, 1934 in Pontiac, Michigan to his parents Howard and Mildred (Soles) Guyett. After graduating from high school he joined the US Army in 1954 and honorably served his country before completing his term of service in 1956. Ronald married his beloved wife Joan Geil on March 2nd, 1957 at the St John Lutheran Church where he was a member for many years. He worked as a lab technician at AKZO coatings. Ronald was a lover of sports and enjoyed playing basketball, golf, and bowling. He was a noble member of the Benevolent and Protective Order of the Elks.
He is survived by his wife Joan; children Mary (Bob) Hainline and Ronald Floyd (Cindy) Guyett; grandchildren R.J. (Dani), Kyle (Hannah), Jessica, Tyler, Megan, and Dustin; great grandchild Joey.
He is predeceased by his parents and his siblings Deborah Morganelli, Isabelle Howard, Howard (Jean) Guyett, Clifford (Cora) Guyett, and Robert Guyett.
A visitation for Ronald will be held Sunday, December 18, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Pixley Funeral Home, 322 W. University Dr., Rochester, Michigan 48307. His funeral service will take place on Monday, December 19, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Pixley Funeral Home with a visitation occurring from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Graveside service Monday, December 19, 2022 at White Chapel Cemetery 2:30 pm.
