She was born in Birmingham, Alabama and later was married to Robert L Richardson. She worked as a housekeeper and later she worked at a veterinary clinic as she had a love for dogs. Ruby is preceded in death by her daughter Stephanie. She is survived by her children Sheila, Sheree, Steven, 10 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren and friends. She was known for her love for dogs. She will dearly be missed by all that knew her. Ruby's family ask that she be remembered for the joy she brought to others in life, not the sadness of her passing.
