Ruth was born Aug 22, 1909 in Detroit and passed away May 3, 2013. Daughter of Otto and Mary Ziegler. She was a longtime resident of Royal Oak and Rochester, Michigan. Husband, Harry R Seip passed away Feb 11, 1992. Ruth had 6 nieces, 11 great nieces and nephews, 21 great, great nieces and nephews and 13 great, great, great nieces and nephews!!
Ruth graduated from Wayne State University with a teaching degree. She taught elementary education in Royal Oak and Berkley along with preschool at Art Linkletter Co.
She had a passion for cooking, gardening and crafts that she shared with her family. Over her 103 years she saw many changes in the world and embraced them all! Ruth was a tribute to the goodness of mankind and we celebrate her life.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Living Word Lutheran Church or Crittenton Hospital.
