Our family met Sheila in 1967 and we became friends very quickly. I've had a flood of memories with both Sheila and her sister Louise. Backyard barbeques, going out to dinner, movies, playing ping pong seeing our girls play together, visiting with their mom Hazel, the list is endless. We will cherish those memories forever and take comfort knowing Sheila is with those she loved. Until we meet again we will carry your memory well.

While I never got to meet her, she must have been one truly amazing woman and mom to raise Karla into the amazing person she is.

Prayers to Sheila, her daughter Karla and her entire family.

Sheila always brought class to a room. Our families met when I was 11. Racing is what we did. Sheila was never one to put herself in anyone’s business, which was not the easiest at the time. Always a great judge of character but never a pushover. I always felt when she walked into a room the people in it respected and behaved better. Her quick wit was not only reserved for Doug but the others she cared for who had it coming. My mom would say Sheila is the best. With love, Matt Bieneman

Aunt Sheila was a truly wonderful person. She always had a smile and even more so a sense of humor that made sure every one else was smiling. I am sad I don’t get to have those deep belly laughs we had when we finally get together but I know she is at rest and with everyone now. She had the best life with the best husband you could ask for. They had a blast and did a lot together. They had the most awesome daughters and the best son, and she loved her son n laws as if they were her own. Her grandchildren were her everything and I know she loved them with all her heart. I will miss her dearly. Until we meet again aunt Sheila I love you

What I remember most about Sheila was she loved Doug to pieces. They were always kissing and hugging and you could tell they were truly in Love. She was so dedicated to him and their family. Growing up, I remember during the summer being at their house in Warren and Doug would come home for from work and Sheila would always have a dry Martini with olives waiting for him. She was a great lady will truly be missed. I had some great laughs with the whole family.
