SCHLINK, Thomas, age 71, of Shelby Township, passed away April 8, 2016. He was born in Bay City on January 25, 1945. Tom is survived by his sons Kevin (Jennifer) Schlink and Keith (Peggy Minton) Schlink; his grandchildren Hunter and Gage Schlink; his sisters Jean Starick and Debbie (Sean) Austin; along with his ex-wife Edna Snedeker. Tom was a retired GM worker since 1985 he was also a court observer. He loved to dance and ride his bike when able. Tom was always able to socialize with people no matter where he was, whether he was out to eat or even at the store. He was known to be a snappy dresser by his friends and family. A memorial gathering will be held Saturday, April 16, 2016 at Pixley Funeral Home, 322 W. University Dr., Rochester, from 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. with the funeral service following at 3:30 p.m. Memorial contributions can be made to the American Heart Association.
