Thinking about Bill always brings a smile to my face. I'd be monitoring the SOCRRA board meetings in the conference room next door to his office and would go in there to say hi and there was never a time I remember that he didn't teach me a little something about fluid dynamics (I have a degree in Engineering) and tell me more about the water towers outside his windows. He was a natural teacher and I could understand him right away (wish my instructor at Wayne State U was that good). One day he saw me struggling with an orange peel and showed me how to cut it so it was easy: just cut off the very top and bottom and score the peeling from top to bottom and then slide off each segment of peeling. Worked like a charm and I think of him every time I eat an orange. After he retired I'd send him jokes occasionally.
I shall miss him but know he got the best of care and happiness from his lovely wife, Donna. I'm sure her memories are even better. Rest in peace, Bill, and have peace everyday, Donna. He was a true gentleman.

Wishing you peace to bring comfort, courage to face the days ahead and loving memories to forever hold in your hearts. One memory we have was when Bill and Patrick were bragging about each of their doctors only to find out they had the same doctor.
