I feel I have known him all my life . He lived across the street, best friends with both my brothers. I so remember when he and Judy met. He is the best carpenter in my eyes ever to exist. Billie knee how to do anything with perfection! He would always help anyone. The song wooly bully always makes me think of him! He would try and sing it and laugh. We will miss him !

Billy will be missed so much! Such a great person , and good friend. I keep thinking to myself , how can this be! There are too many memories to try and fit in this small space. I met Billy in 1978, when Jim and I started dating. Jim and Billy go all the way back to High School , both growing up in the same neighborhood, Oakland Valley. The stories from that time are still reminisced regularly. One of my fondest memories is the time Judy ,Billy, Jim and I went to Mexico together. We went to a small Island called Mujeres, and enjoyed a laid back vacation. Although Jim and I almost missed our flight. I hope to go to Mujeres again , and sit in our same favorite spot on the beach .
