

Wynn was born on March 26th, 1930, to Augustus and Virginia Abbott, in Chicago, Illinois.
She graduated from Shawano High School, and went on to attend Knox College, where she obtained her nursing degree. Wynn was a 75 year member of her Delta Zeta sorority and worked as an RN for Crittenton Hospital and later as a public health nurse for Oakland County.
On July 21st, 1951, Wynn married the love of her life, Kurt Stubenvoll, and they had four children: Kevin, Robert “Kim”, Cherie, and Lori, 8 grandchildren, and 22 great grandchildren.
Wynn had a love for the arts and travel. She was an avid member at Avon Players, volunteered at the Rochester Public Library, Meadowbrook Women’s, and the Rochester Symphony Guild and traveled domestically and internationally with her family and friends.
She is survived by her children; Robert “Kim” Stubenvoll (Anne), Cherie Barnett, Lori Brewer (Donald), grandchildren; Erik Stubenvoll, Natalie Gall, Gretchen Kotyk, Nathan Barnett, Brittany Stayton, Lauren Lewis, Kurt Brewer, and Emily Rhoads, her 22 great grandchildren and her siblings; Wilson Abbott, and Bonnie Grosnick.
Wynn is preceded in death by her loving husband Kurt, and their son Kevin.
Visitation will be held at Pixley Funeral Home, on Monday April 7th, 2025, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
A funeral service will be held at University Presbyterian Church, located in Rochester Hills, MI at 1385 S Adams Rd on Tuesday April 8th, 2025, at 11:30 am. The family will be accepting visitors beginning at 10:30 am.

A luncheon will follow the funeral service.
Wynn will be laid to rest at Van Hoosen Jones Stoney Creek Cemetery.
The family requests donations to be made to The Alzheimer’s Association, and The University Presbyterian Church.
