He was predeceased by his parents, Norman and Nancy Page, in-laws Bill and Marge Rate, nephew Benny Sortino, brother-in-law Paul Rate, and sister-in-law Debbie Platt.
Allan is survived by his beloved wife of 20 years, Jean; sister Sharon (Jamie) Miller, sister-in-law Patty Rate, brother-in-law Ken Platt, step-mother Carol Page, step-sister Cheryl (Dennis) and step-brother Jeff (Susie); as well as many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, aunts and uncles; and good friends, Bill Lacata, John Grana, and Dave Perry, all of whom he loved very much.
Allen loved anything outdoors - fishing, hunting, hiking, camping, and golf. He worked at Henrietta Building Supply, now known as Foundation Building Materials, and was in the industry for over 35 years. He will be greatly missed.

A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Thursday, July 10, 2025, at 11:00 am. at St. Monica Church, 831 Genesee St. (at the corner of Monica St.), Rochester, NY 14611. Interment to follow in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his memory to Lollypop Farm, Humane Society of Greater Rochester.
