

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Amanda Lynn Civiletti, 37, of Rochester, New York, who left this world on April 18, 2025, in her beloved hometown. Her untimely departure has left an immeasurable void in the hearts of her family and all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Amanda was born on May 17, 1987, in Rochester, and grew up in a place that became her cherished lifelong home. Throughout her journey, she nurtured deep connections with those around her, offering support and kindness that resonated with everyone she encountered. She graduated in 2005 from Greece Olympia High School, where her intelligence and charisma shone through not only in her academics, but Amanda was a part of the Spartan Cheerleading team during her high school years. Driven by her passion for caring for others, Amanda attended the Isabella Graham Hart School of Practical Nursing, where she acquired the skills and knowledge that would shape her future in healthcare. Her dedication to her profession encouraged her to further her education at Nazareth College, graduating with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Where she then honed her abilities and solidified her commitment to helping those in need.
For the last six years Amanda's professional journey was marked by her most recent promoted role as Nurse Manager at Workfit Medical LLC. In this capacity, she demonstrated exceptional leadership and compassion, earning the respect of the providers and nursing colleagues and the gratitude of countless patients. Amanda had a remarkable ability connecting with others cultivating amazing coworker friendships that extended beyond the work environment.
Outside of her professional life, Amanda's nurturing spirit extended to her family and friends. She previously worked as a Daycare Director/Teacher, a role that allowed her to express her love for children and her innate desire to support and uplift others. Friends and family remember her as a selfless individual who consistently prioritized the well-being of those around her. Her kindness, infectious warmth, and unwavering devotion to her loved ones were hallmarks of her character.
Amanda is lovingly remembered by her devoted husband, Jeffrey. Their journey began as high school sweethearts 22 years ago, blossoming into a beautiful marriage over the last 8 years. The depth of their enduring love was immeasurable, and together they cherished their precious daughter, Analia, who brought incredible joy and light into her life.
The love between Amanda and her family was palpable, and they were her greatest source of peace and fulfillment. She is also survived by her mother, JoAnn (Kevin) Halloran; her father, Michael (Colleen) Ward; her brother, Michael (Jessica) Ward, her precious nieces, Cora and Chloe; her grandmother Eleanor Bounds; her mother-in-law, Joanne Civiletti; her father-in-law, Mark (Lynn) Williams; as well as her grandparents-in-law, Merritt and Barbara Williams; her sisters-in-law, Nicole (Adam) Warren, her treasured niece Guilianna; Kaite Williams and her beloved niece Lylah; her brothers-in-law, Anthony Civiletti, Gary and Brandon Williams; her uncles Rick (Pam) Jaskot, Robert (Letty) Jaskot, and Rodney Jaskot. Cousins from North Carolina Ryan (Molly) Jaskot with their daughter Ruby, as well as Russell (Annie) Jaskot with their daughters Eliza and Louise as well as many other extended Family and Friends.
Amanda was predeceased by her beloved grandparents, Henry and Mildred Jaskot; her Aunt Tammy Ward; Uncle Patrick Ward; her grandfather John Bounds, and her godmother Ann VanderMalle, all of whom held a special place in her heart.
Family was the cornerstone of Amanda's life, providing her with immense joy and fulfillment. Amanda’s greatest love was being a Mama to Analia with many adorations such as lovie, lovebug, and nug. She cherished the simple pleasures, such as Saturday breakfasts at Jim’s—an enduring tradition with her husband and daughter that brought them smiles and laughter. Family gatherings were occasions filled with warmth, where love was shared, stories were told, and memories were created. Amanda especially looked forward to family vacations, which allowed her to forge deeper connections with her loved ones and create lasting memories. Amanda had a love for online shopping as well as family trips to the mall frequenting stores such as Target, Victoria Secret, Michael Kors, and Marshalls.
Calling Hours will be held on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Alvah Halloran & Son Funeral Home, located at 2125 Chili Ave, Rochester, NY 14624. A funeral service honoring and celebrating Amanda's life will follow on Thursday, April 24, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Parish of the Holy Family Church, located at 4100 Lyell Road in Gates, NY 14606. Amandas final resting place will be in Holy Ghost Cemetery, on Coldwater Rd in Gates, NY.
Amanda Lynn Civiletti will be remembered for the vast love she shared so freely, the lives she enriched through her tireless work and kindness, and the deep bonds she cultivated with those around her. Her spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of all she touched. May her cherished memory bring comfort and peace to everyone who had the honor of knowing her.
