C. Richard Perry

A dedicated military veteran, Richard served two three-year terms in the Navy in Norfolk, Virginia with tours of duty in the Mediterranean and South America. His love of his country and his Navy service were always a source of immeasurable pride for him.

Though Richard had no children of his own, he was the beloved uncle to his nephews and nieces and their children. An avid sports enthusiast, he traveled near and far to support and cheer his family on in their matches and in all their life’s endeavors.

He leaves behind his brother Jack (Eleanor) and his sister Diana Niles (Robert), nephews Jeff (Jenny), Mark (Tony), and Brian (Meredith) Niles, Jason (Maira), Tyler Perry, and niece, Tessa Perry-Sanchez (Andres), and eleven great nieces and nephews as well as a host of others whose lives he enriched along the way.

In lieu of a service, and pursuant to his wishes through the Neptune Society, Richard’s ashes will be dispersed in the Gulf of Mexico.
