Survived by mother, Lea Chamberlain-McCrary; brother, Scott Chamberlain; daughter, Karliah Chamberlain; Oma, Sandra Chamberlain; as well as aunts and uncles, Tina & Charles Martin, and Tony & Anne Matela; and cousin, Kaydra.

Visitation will be held at Alvah Halloran & Son Funeral Home, located at 2125 Chili Ave, Rochester, New York, 14624, on February 26, 2026, from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm. A funeral service will follow at the same location, beginning at 7:00 pm.
