Doris M. (Sherman) Warmerdam of Greece, died peacefully at home surrounded by all 4 of her children on Monday, December 9, 2013 at age 82. Predeceased by her husband, Jacobus “Jake”. Survived by her children, Jacob (Phetsamone), Susan, Darlene (Charles) Albahari-Klaes, Tracy (John) Bauschard, 10 grandchildren; sister, Dorothy Metzler; brothers, Edwin and Paul Sherman; nieces, nephews, and close friends. Doris loved spending time with her family and enjoyed traveling. Her family would like to thank the Lifetime Care nurse and aides for their wonderful care.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, 9am at St. Helen’s Church, 310 Hinchey Rd. Interment, Pine Hill Cemetery in Rush. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association – Team Susan, 55 W. Wacker Drive, Suite 800, Chicago, IL 60601.
