He served in the US Army in WW11 and was employed at the Brockport School system as a transportation supervisor until he retired. Since retirement, he enjoyed traveling, working on restoring tractors, handyman and spending time with family and friends Known for his keen sense of humor and kind heart, he will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his wife, Dora, his sister, Connie Culian of Fla. Children are: Jean Marks, Bonnie (William) Henshaw, Gail Behrens, Sharon Richelle and Scott (Mia) Wilkinson. Step children Diana (Richard)Baker, Bernice O'Connor, Jacklyn(Ken)Redden, Richard(Karter)Galek, Lavonne(Perry)Wright, Michael(Christine)Galek, CJ(Patti Bocci)Galek, several grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and "Kitty".
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am at the North Rose Methodist Church 5050 N Main St, North Rose, NY 14516 on Saturday, November 07, 2015.
