

Jack is the third of twelve children. He was born in Binghamton, NY, and attended many schools as his father worked in construction.
He leaves behind his loving wife, Susan, of 35 years, two stepsons, Jason (Julia) Dean, Jeffrey (Brittney) Dean; three sons, John (Barbie) Bailey, Matthew (Holly) Bailey, and David Bailey; three daughters, Carrie (Keith) Barnard, Marie (Brett) Smith, and Jill Bailey (predeceased); a brother, Chuck (Mary Ann) Bailey, and sisters, Darleen (Pat) House, Debbie Gascon, Margy (Reid) Baker, Sherry (Jim) Powers, Lori (Jeff) Ball, Janine (Tony) Santillo, and brother-in-law, Francis (Sandy) Benson. Along with many Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, Nieces and Nephews.
He was predeceased by his first wife of 24 years, Elaine Rock Bailey; his sisters, Mary Bailey, Barbara (Louis) Bradford, Marsha (Ron) Baylor, Patty (Barry) Baxter, and brother-in-law, Ed Gascon. His parents, Albert and Margaret Bailey, and in-laws, Francis and Lorena Benson also predeceased him.
Jack and Susan were married on May 14, 1991, and had been together ever since, moving to Springwater to their first home that same year. In 2005, they moved to Lexington, NC, and in 2009, they visited Jack’s Sister, Marsha and Ron Baylor and purchased their final home together in Golden Acres, Dunedin, FL, where Marsha and Ron resided.
Jack was passionate about woodworking and made many wooden items such as golf cart trophies and toys for children which he gave away. He enjoyed seeing the smiles from the different recipients. He also enjoyed playing golf in the two Golden Acres leagues.
