Predeceased by his parents, sister, Roberta Daniels, and brother, Bernard Stoffel. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Sandra Wheaton Stoffel, son and daughter-in-law, Daniel and Andrea (Coppola) Stoffel, daughter and son-in-law, Ellen and Jason Roelle, grandchildren, John (Romy) Stoffel, Kevin Roelle, Ian Roelle (Brittany Sarto), and Abigail Roelle, brother, Gerard (Kathleen) Stoffel, brothers-in-law, Larry Daniels, and David, John, Edward, and Duane Wheaton, as well as several cousins, nephews, nieces, and friends.
Marty worked at Eastman Kodak Company as a chemical engineer until his retirement in February of 2001. He greatly enjoyed family gatherings, spending time with family and friends, fishing and watching his Buffalo Bills.
Calling Hours will be held from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Friday, August 28, 2026, at the Alvah Halloran & Son Funeral Home, 2125 Chili Ave, Rochester, NY 14624. A Funeral Mass will be held at 12:00 pm on Saturday, August 29, 2026, at St. Pius X Church, 3010 Chili Ave., Rochester, NY 14624.
