He was predeceased by his wife, Virginia Sue Rotoli, parents, John & Loretta Rotoli.
He is survived by his children, John (Claudia) Rotoli, Philip (Phyllis) Rotoli, Jr., and Christa Rotoli; grandsons, Michael, Philip, and Damon; great-grandson, Vincenzo; sister, Frances (Frank) Steenburgh, cousin, Pat (Sandy) Barnard, sisters-in-law, Lynn (Ron) Dunne and Carol Dawson; brother-in-law, Paul Dawson, and several nieces and nephews.
In accordance with Phil Sr.’s wishes, there will be no public funeral services held. A family memorial will be held in the future.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his memory to the Alzheimer’s Association.
