Predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Jean Lombard; his first wife, Ann Mancini-Lombard; and 4 brothers, Carl, Tony, David, and Dan.
Survived by his sister, Lillian Randazzo, and several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, and friends.
Richard was a United States Army veteran.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Weds., October 29, at 10:00AM at St. Jude’s Church, 4100 Lyell Rd. Rochester, NY 14606. Interment in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in his honor to the Wounded Warrior Project or the Veteran’s Outreach Center, Inc. of Rochester.
