She is survived by her husband (Douglas), her children (Susan Lounsberry, Karen Spencer, and Kylie Barnhart) seven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, a brother and sister-in-law (Gerry and Elaine Schrader) and various nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was an accomplished musician and a skilled crafter. She was courageous and patient and made a blended family into one whole and loving family. As a pastor’s wife she was sometimes referred to as “The First Lady” and she was that. She will be missed dearly.
A memorial service will be held at Central Park United Methodist Church, 216 Beard Avenue in North Buffalo on January 13, 2018 beginning at 9:00 A.M.
