Terry, also known as "Whitey" to many, had a great love of Harley Davidson motorcycles. He enjoyed riding motorcycles his entire life and was especially proud of his 1961 Harley Panhead, that he owned for over 50 years!
Terry was proud to be self-employed for well over 30 years, working as a handyman and in home improvements.
He will be remembered for his infamous overalls and love of being social. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his wife, Robin Carter; son, Terrance Carter, Jr. and his wife; daughter, Amber Carter and her wife; as well as several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his mother, Elizabeth Carter; father, Joseph Perry Carter; and brother, James Lincoln Carter.
A celebration of Terry's life will be held at a later date.
