He was predeceased by his parents, and his siblings, Harold, Bob, and Donna Whitehair.
He is survived by his children, Tim Whitehair, Billy Whitehair, Suzanne Weezorak, Sandra Ciranni, Kimberly Catlin, Matthew Whitehair, Michael Whitehair, and Jamie Folwell; as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Bill worked as the head of security for St. Mary’s Hospital for many years. He greatly enjoyed trips to the casino and playing card games. He loved baseball and was a fan of the Rochester Red Wings and Baltimore Orioles. Above all he was proud of his grandchildren.
Calling hours will be held at a later date at the Alvah Halloran & Son Funeral Home, 2125 Chili Ave. Rochester, NY 14624. Bill will be laid to rest in Grove Place Cemetery.
