

Arnaldo F.“Ron” Bozza, age 82, passed away on December 12, 2020. He was born on April 20, 1938 in Beaver County and remained a life-long resident of Conway, PA. Proud of his Italian heritage, he was the youngest boy out of a family of 9 children born to the late Antonio and Emma (Buquicchio) Bozza.
He is survived by his wife of 59 years Janet (Blistan) Bozza, one sister; Annarosa Bozza, 4 children: Micheal Bozza, Karen Bozza, Vincent Bozza, and Monica Rich (Leonard). Grandchildren: Sonny Bozza, Alexandra & Cassandra Javens, Nicolas, Emma, and Olivia Rich and Noah Bozza. Great-grandchild: Brennan Steffler. Sister-in-law; Diana Bozza and Brother-in-law Edward Blistan, numerous nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
In addition to his parents, Ron was preceded in death by his siblings (spouses); Vincent (Nancy) Armando (“Bunny”), Orlando (“Fifi”), John, Josephine Mine (Domenick), Helen Suhy (Albert), Elvira, and sister-in-law Loraine Stahl.
Ron proudly served in the US Air Force in the mid-1950s and was honorably discharged. He worked at PBI Industries, was a Beaver County Constable.
Ron was also a person who believed in community service. He was a big part of the Conway Community League boys’ baseball in the 1960’s and 1970’s having coached for several years.
He also has served as a council member to Conway Borough and has served as Chairman of the Conway Democratic committee for several years. Ron has been involved in the Beaver County Democratic Committee since 1977.
Ron was a key force in obtaining much of the grant money for many projects for the borough of Conway, including the new war memorial on 3rd Avenue for which he was very proud. He was honored with a special mayoral recognition for his many years of dedication to Conway Borough.
A man with many friends and a large family, Ron will be remembered for his colorful personality. He will be missed. Visitation will be private. On-line condolences can be made at www.saul-gabauer.com.
