I was saddened to find that Cotton had passed. My father, Bill Boyce was fond of him and so was I. As a child I remember visiting and playing in the creek near your house. My deepest sympathy for your family. I know that Cotton and my father are sharing old times and stories. Best to you all and may God keep and bless you.

There's not just one memory to share. You are my grandfather and there is a lifetime of memories that I will always carry of you in my heart. You were always larger than life to me and were everything I thought that a man in this world should be. No one could ask for a better grandfather. The world will be a much lesser place without you and I will miss you more than anyone will ever know.

I'm proud that you're my grandfather and thank you for all that you taught me and the love you showed to me. Now that I am about to become a grandfather myself I know what you meant when you always said "Love you better." Look in on me from time to time and help me do it right for my granddaughter.

I love you Grandpap and will always be thinking of you...
