

David Frank Pogledich, 77, of Monaca, passed away on Saturday, March 16, 2024, at the VA Hospital in Oakland, surrounded by his family. He was born on January 21, 1947 in Rochester, PA. to the late John and Una Marie (Pierce) Pogledich.
David retired from Nova Chemical after working there over 20 years. David had served our country in the US Air Force during Vietnam, then continued his service with the National Guard for many years. He enjoyed reading books and watching science fiction movies.
He is survived by his son, David F. Pogledich II of Beaver, daughter, Audrey Y. Pogledich of Beaver, grandchildren, Ashton Smith, Steven, Christopher, Travis Cable, Dustin Hiltz, great-grandchildren, Lyndon, Steven, Jaylin and Bradon, Brother, John N. (Judith A.) Pogledich of Arizona, his former wife’s, Shirley Lee of Chippewa, Susan Prater of Ohio, stepchildren, Melissa and Frank Leropoli of Ohio, Thomas A., Timothy A., and Todd A. Faust, step grandchildren, Christopher and Abby George, Taylor J. Leropoli, Chelsea Johnson, Cassie Faust, nephew and niece, Philip and Deborah Pogledich.
David will be laid to rest privately with military honors at Sylvania Hills Memorial Park.
