Delores Mae “Dee” Molnar, 73, of Rochester, passed away Thursday, February 7, 2019. She was born August 16, 1945 in Sewickley, daughter of the late John S. and Mildred (Zindren) Molnar. Dee was retired from the pathology department of Heritage Valley Beaver where she served as a medical transcriptionist.
During her early years, Delores was an expert archer. She was also an instructor who had numerous students qualify for the Junior Olympics. In her leisure, Dee enjoyed playing cards with her family, going to bingo with her friends, and an occasional trip to the casino.
In addition to her parents, Delores was preceded in death by her sister and brother-in-law: Joann and Don Oslick; and her brother John Molnar.
Delores is survived by one son: Michael J. Molnar, North Sewickley Township; two sisters: Mary Rose (Jerry) Perlakowski, Economy Borough; and Patty Sue (Lloyd) Peterson, Harmony Township.
Friends will be received on Monday, February 11, 2019 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. at the SAUL-GABAUER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 273 Route 68, Rochester, PA (adjacent to Sylvania Hills Memorial Park Mausoleum).
