Dorothy J. 'Pudge' Terry, age 73, of Irwin, passed away on Saturday, August 29, 2026 at Arden Courts, in Monroeville, PA. Born March 1, 1953, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Helen (Gorda) Palyok. She worked at Columbia Hospital in Pittsburgh as a radiologist, before transferring to a hospital in Tampa, Florida. Pudge was Catholic in faith, and belonged to the Elks Lodge.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, the late Joseph R. Terry, and a sister and brother in law, Linda and George Nicholas.
She is survived by many close friends.
Friends will be received on Friday, September 4, 2026 from 12 noon, until the time of funeral services at 3 pm at the Saul-Gabauer Funeral Home, 273 Route 68, Rochester, PA 15074. Entombment will follow next to her husband, Joe, at Sylvania Hills Memorial Park.
