Etsuko M. Lambert, age 96, of Beaver, passed from this life to eternal life, on August 30, 2026 at Villa St. Joseph in Baden. She was born on September 4, 1929, in Hakodate, Japan. She was a retired cook from Aliquippa Hospital. While in Japan, she received a degree as a seamstress, making most of her own clothes while she lived there. After retirement, she helped cook for the Rochester Meals on Wheels. Her hobbies included gardening, crocheting, and tatting doilies.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband George Lambert in 1982, and by three brothers, and three sisters.
She is survived by those who loved and cared for her, and a niece, in Japan, Mei.
As per Etsuko's wishes, all services were private and entrusted to the Saul-Gabauer Funeral Home, 273 Route 68, Rochester, PA 15074. Interment will be at Sylvania Hills Memorial Park. A special thank you to the entire staff with Concordia Villa at St. Joseph, and Good Samaritan Hospice, whose hearts and hands loving cared for Etsuko.
