George Klesser

96 of Economy Boro, passed away Friday, November 16, 2012. He was born April 29, 1916 in Beccaria, Pa, a son of the late Michael and Anastasia “Nancy” (Nitre) Klesser. Prior to his retirement in 1978, George was a steel worker with J&L Steel. He was also a member of the Coalport, Pa Moose.

He is survived by his loving wife of 66 years, Anne L. (Domitrovich) Klesser; five sons, Eugene Klesser and his wife Marion, George Klesser and his wife Barbara, Donald Klesser and his wife Debra, Daryl Klesser and his wife Kris and Mark Klesser and his wife Donna. Also survived by ten grandchildren; George Klesser Jr and his wife Anissa, Sharon Tisch and her husband David, Eugene Klesser Jr., Paul Klesser and his wife Katherine, Kimberly Smith and her husband Nate, Casey Klesser, Matthew Klesser, Katherine Klesser, Sarah Klesser and Anastasia Klesser, as well as fourteen great grandchildren and two brothers, Frank and Boyd Klesser.

Friends will be received on Sunday, from 2-4 and 6-8pm in the Saul-Gabauer Funeral Home, Inc., 273 Rt. 68, Rochester (adjacent to Sylvania Hills Memorial Park Mausoleum). A funeral service will be held on Monday at 10 am in the funeral home with interment to follow in Sylvania Hills Memorial Park.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to Maria Say, and also the staff of St. Teresa Hospice for their kindness and care.
