Jack K. Fowler Jr., age 97, of New Galilee, passed away on Sunday, February 23, 2025 at Rochester Manor and Villa. Born November 11, 1927, in Dayton, PA, he was the son of the late John K. and Helen (Sell) Fowler Sr. Jack was retired from B&W Steel and was a proud U.S. Merchant Marines and Army Veteran.
He is survived by two sons; John Douglas (Barbara) Fowler, Barry L. (Pat) Fowler; one daughter, Krystal Johnston, one sister; Barbara Wilson and a half sister; Lois McCurdy. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife the late Georgia Faye (Bateman) Fowler, one son; Larry L. Fowler, one grandson; Chad M. Fowler, and one half sister, Judy Bowersox.
Arrangements were private and entrusted to the SAUL-GABAUER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 273 Route 68, Rochester (adjacent to the Sylvania Hills Memorial Park Mausoleum).
