

Joseph Bufalini, 95, of Wilmington, DE, formerly of Conway, passed on Saturday, April 8, 2017. He was born September 28, 1921 in Sewickley, son of the late Pacifico and Leona (Macciomi) Bufalini. Joseph proudly served his country with the U.S. Army during WWII. During his years of employment, Joe worked in the steel mill and with the U.S. Postal Service.
He was a 56 year member of the I.O.O.F. Independent Order of the Odd Fellows, Clover Lodge #348, Ambridge, the Masonic Lodge and nearly 30 years with Baden American Legion. Joe enjoyed a variety of hobbies and interests, but especially loved sports, particularly Baseball. Even until recently, he enjoyed attending the Wilmington Blue Rocks A-Ball Games (farm team for the K.C. Royals) with his grandson-in-law Ed.
Most important to Joe was the love for his family. He moved from Beaver County to be near and cherish his remaining years with his son and daughter-in-law: Allan (Marlene) Bufalini; granddaughter: Crystal Monroe and husband Ed; grandson: Nicholas Bufalini and wife Melanie; great granddaughter: Zoey Bufalini. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Anna.
Friends will be received on Thursday, April 13, 2017 from 12 Noon until 2:00 p.m. in the SAUL-GABAUER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 273 Route 68, Rochester, PA (adjacent to Sylvania Hills Memorial Park Mausoleum).
