Josephine Gormley, age 85, of Buckhannon, WV, formerly of Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania passed away on Wednesday, December 29, 2021, at St. Joseph Hospital. Josephine was born April 21, 1936, she was the daughter of the late Ellis and Rose (Ammon) Gordon. She loved fishing, camping, and more than anything, loved her cats; Tabby and Bandit.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband; Jim Gormley in 2002; one daughter; Deborah Kelly, also in 2002; a grandson Cody Conner in 2001.
She is survived by seven daughters; Connie (Abe) Hinkle, Carol Tanner, Patty McDonald, Mary Rosebush, Edna (Alan) Angert, Wanda "Lynn" (Tom) Robertshaw, Sharon (Mike) Lilly; and one son; Walter "Butch" (Donnalyn) Kelly. Also surviving are 19 grandchildren and many, many loving great grandchildren.
As per Josephine's wishes, all services were private and handled by the SAUL-GABAUER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 273 Route 68, Rochester (adjacent to the Sylvania Hills Memorial Park Mausoleum).
