Keith A. Cummings

Keith A. Cummings, 61, of Butler, formerly of South Beaver Township, passed on Tuesday, September 6, 2011 at the Butler VA Medical Center. Keith was born July 8, 1950 in South Beaver, son of the late Lacy and Mildred (Peteuch) Cummings. He proudly served his country with the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Conflict. Keith was a member of the Beaver County Chapter of the Disabled American Veterans. He was retired from the U.S. Army and also from Westinghouse as a material handler.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by an infant daughter: Heather Cummings; and his sister: Diane Cable.

He is survived by his former wife: Kathleen Cummings, South Beaver; one son: Andrew Cummings, South Beaver; two daughters: Rebecca (Stephen) Cummings-Owens, Pittsburgh; Jennifer Cummings, Gardena, California; and his brother: Mark Cummings, Vanport.

Friends will be received today from noon until 2:00 p.m., the time of service, at the SAUL-GABAUER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 273 Route 68, Rochester (adjacent to Sylvania Hills Memorial Park Mausoleum). Interment will follow in Sylvania Hills Memorial Park.
