Marian L. Ebersberger, 85, of South Beaver Township, passed away Wednesday, July 29, 2020, at her residence following a brief illness. She was born November 5, 1934 in Beaver Falls, daughter of the late Andrew and Barbara (Czarnecki) Kowal. Marian was a compassionate Certified Nurse Assistant who retired with over 27 years of service at the former Beaver Valley Geriatric Center, Beaver.
To Marian there were no strangers, they were friends she had not yet met. She was a charming and classy lady who was humble by nature but took great pride in how she presented herself to the world. She dressed in subtle style, with hair, makeup and nails always color coordinated. Marian encouraged her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren to foster the same ideal. She was a fantastic cook and baker. Holidays were her favorite time to bake a wide array of cookies surrounding her famously delicious pumpkin roll. Marian was sure to prepare trays to share with family, friends and neighbors. Family was the most important part of her life. She never missed a family gathering and was always appreciated as the glue that kept the family together. Even when shopping, she was intentional about buying for everyone in the family. Her relationship with Bill was paramount. They shared their world and a love that was genuinely viewed as inseparable. It didn’t matter the occasion whether grocery shopping or going out for ice cream, they went together. She cherished their relationship and always loved him with the loyalty and dedication to taking care of her Bill.
In addition to her parents, Marian was preceded in death by her brother and sister-in-law: Andy and Dorothy Kowal.
Marian is survived by her loving husband of 37 years: William “Bill” Ebersberger; one son and daughter-in-law: George “Dan” and Sherry McLean, South Beaver Township; one daughter and son-in-law: Terri McLean and John Cox, Patterson Township; step-son: Barry Ebersberger, Fairview, TX; step-daughter: Donna (Bob) Schultz, Chippewa Township; six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
Friends will be received by safe face covering and social distancing, Saturday, August 1, 2020 from noon until 2 p.m. at the SAUL-GABAUER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 273 Route 68, Rochester (adjacent to Sylvania Hills Memorial Park Mausoleum). A brief service will be held at 2 p.m. following the visitation with private entombment in the Mausoleum.

“To my beloved family…remember as I always ended our visits...“Pap” Bill is tired, it’s time to go.”
