Mary V. Catalano, age 92, of Koppel, passed away on Thursday, July 27, 2023 at Brighton Wellness and Rehabilitation in Brighton Township. Born December 15, 1930, in Eastvale, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Bessie (Hargett) Pander. She enjoyed family outings, summer vacations, and visiting with friends and family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband; the late Biagio 'Gene' Catalano in 2010; two brothers; Thomas Pander Jr., and Richard 'Shorty' Pander; one sister Betty Pander Noll.
Surviving are a son; Scott E. (Kristen) Catalano; one daughter; Catherine (Homer) Smith, one sister, Cora Kalamasz; and two grandchildren; Andrew and Allison Catalano. Also surviving are numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
As per Mary's wishes, all services were private and entrusted to the SAUL-GABAUER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 273 Route 68, Rochester (adjacent to the Sylvania Hills Memorial Park Mausoleum).
