Mary Ellen Shillingburg, 80, of Baden, Pennsylvania passed away on Sunday, May 4, 2025 at Caring Heights Nursing Home, Coraopolis, PA. She was born April 6, 1945 in Sewickley, PA, a daughter of the late Stanley Janicki and Helen Fray Janicki. Mary was Catholic by faith and was a member of Saint Luke the Evangelist Parish, Ambridge, PA. She really enjoyed spending time with people, especially her daughter. She was affectionately known as a sweetheart. Surviving is her Daughter: Sheila Shillingburg of Baden, PA, 2 Brothers: Jim Janicki of Baden, PA and Ray Janicki of Florida, 3 nephews and 1 niece also survive. Visitation will be held from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Monday, May 12, 2025 at Saul-Gabauer Funeral Home, Rochester, PA where service will be held on Tuesday, May 13, 2025 at 11:00 AM. Mary will be laid to rest at Sylvania Hills Memorial Garden, Rochester, PA. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial be made to Saint Luke the Evangelist Parish, 725 Glenwood Avenue, Ambridge, PA 15003 to help with the funds for Missionary Don Lepart.
