

Peter 'Pete' Dyminski, age 91, a lifelong resident of Conway, passed away on Wednesday, February 23, 2022, at Rochester Manor. Peter was born July 13, 1930, in Conway, he was the son of the late Fred and Mary (Kusnic) Dyminski. Following graduation from Freedom High School, Pete proudly served his country in the Air Force as a senior air policeman for 4 years. After returning home, he worked for the railroad in the Conway Yards. He also managed the Carousel Lounge in Baden. Pete was a Pittsburgh Steelers and Pirates fan, he marked his calendar with game times so he would remember when they were playing. He also loved game shows; "Family Feud" and re-runs of the "Match Game" were his favorites. His other past-times included visiting Mountaineer Race Track, playing the lottery and golfing.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his life partner of over 35 years; Betty Lou Peters, of Baden; three brothers; Michael, John and Robert Dyminski; one sister, Anne Ferenick; one brother in law, John Ferencik and one sister in law, Kathryn Dyminski.
He is survived by one brother; George Dyminski; one sister in law, Alice Dyminski; three nieces and their spouses; Susan (John) Gerard, Karen (Roger) Zucchero, Debra (Earl) Durr; two nephews; Dennis Ferencik and Ronald Dyminski. Also surviving by a 'special' granddaughter Robbie (Thomas) Carnaggio and three 'special' great grandchildren; Lilly, Nyah and Grayson Carnaggio.
