

He was born on November 9, 1941, in Knoxville, TN., to the late Woodford and Wilma (Sievers) Robertson and later grew up in Monaca. Randy was a retired ironworker from the Ironworkers Local #3 Pittsburgh, a member of American Legion Post 580 and a devoted member of the Redeemer Trinity Lutheran Church, Monaca.
Randy is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Patricia (Kvaternik) Robertson; three sons, Thomas, Scott (Paula Yurkovich), and Randy Jr. (Brigid), adored grandchildren Kate, John, and Randy III; a brother Corwin (Ginger), a sister Jana Eiler (Craig), as well as numerous beloved nieces and nephews and brothers-in law Joseph Linta (Kathy) and Thomas Keri. In addition to his parents, Randy was preceded in death by his brothers, Johnny Jay (Pippy) and Woody Robertson.
A man of great faith, Randy loved spending time with his family and friends, who knew him for his loyalty, loving nature and willingness to always help those in need and to see the good in everyone and everything. His appreciation and love of nature made his fishing trips to Canada with family and friends amongst his most enjoyable and memorable adventures. Above all, he cherished the moments spent with his children and grandchildren, whether it was watching them play sports or simply sitting and enjoying each other’s company. Randy’s kindness and gentle nature should serve as an inspiration to all.
At Randy’s request, there will be no visitation and services will be private, Arrangements have been trusted to the Saul -Gabauer Funeral home 273 Rt. 68, Rochester, PA 15074. Memorial donations may be made to Redeemer Trinity Lutheran Church, 819 Washington Avenue, Monaca, PA 15061.
