Sam was born December 9, 1981, in Beaver Falls, he was the son of Walter Westly Vogel Sr., and Susan McCoy Hall. He graduated from New Horizons School. Sam loved bouncing balls back and forth with family and friends, listening to happy music, and eating chocolate peanut butter cups. He was truly a joy to those close to him. In addition to his parents, Sam was preceded in death by a brother, Walter 'Wally' Vogel Jr in 1988. He is survived by a brother, Danny Ross (Heidi Byers) McCoy, as well as many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Interment will be private and entrusted to the SAUL-GABAUER FUNERAL HOME, 273 Rt. 68, Rochester, PA, 15074. Memorial Contributions may be made to New Horizons School, or any Downs Syndrome Charity.
