Sandy was born January 29, 1945 at Fleet Castle in Plymouth, England to parents, Walter L. and Margery E. Tillery.
Sandy was a master seamstress, specializing in English smocking. She made the most beautiful dresses and bonnets that were often sold at local shops or gifted to family and friends. Sandy was a loving mother and grandmother. She especially loved the many furry, kitty friends she had over the years.
Sandy was preceded in death by her parents.
Sandy is survived by her sons, Craig (fiancé, Pam Holsinger) Rader and Christian (Michelle Maranuk) Rollins; daughter, Porcelain (Vance) Dhooge; 6 grandchildren; and two brothers, Michael Tillery and David Tillery.
Private family ceremonies will be held.
Cremation will be provided by the Saul-Gabauer Funeral Home, 273 Route 68, Rochester, PA 15074.
