Scott enjoyed hunting, hiking, and fishing. Scott was an avid reader of science fiction and fantasy authors. Scott also loved to cook.
Scott was employed at Data Systems, Inc. as a computer technician.
Scott is survived by his mother, Janet E. Weil, his brother, David M Weil of Harpers Ferry, WV., and his sister, Kimberly Atchley of Arlington, TX.
