Sue A. (Bruce) Berry, 91 of Hopewell, passed away on Monday, Sept. 8, 2014. She was born August 24, 1923 in Portage, PA, a daughter of the late William and Sue Bruce. Sue was a member of the Ohio United Presbyterian Church, Aliquippa.
She was the loving wife of the late Virgil C. Berry and was the beloved mother of the late Richard J. Berry. In addition to her parents and son, she was preceded in death by a daughter-in-law, Bobbie Berry and a great granddaughter, Alexis Chambers.
She is survived by two granddaughters and their husbands, Jennifer and Sean Herman and Kimberly and Bryon Chambers. She is also survived by six great grandchildren, Katelyn, Allysan, Erinn, and Alayna Chambers and Layla and Abbigale Tobery; as well as two sisters, Audrey Lybarger and her husband Ted and Marge Foxall.
Friends will be received Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8pm in the Saul-Gabauer Funeral Home, Inc. (Adjacent to the mausoleum at Sylvania Hills Memorial Park), 724-728-2456, where a funeral service will be held on Friday at 11am.
