

Ursula Irene Faytak, age 88, of Ambridge, passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 29, 2026, at Providence Care Center in Beaver Falls surrounded by her loving family. Born January 16, 1938, in Offenbach, Germany, she was the daughter of the late Emil and Christine (Allinger) Graber. Ursula was known for her spunky personality, fun loving spirit and, of course, her beautiful accent. She enjoyed walks, riding her bike, swimming, and camping with her family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, the late Raymond Fajtak, and three brothers; Emil, Kurt and Gerhard Graber.
She is survived by three sons; Raymond Brian (Theresa) Fajtak, Mark (Tracie) Fajtak, and Keith (Nicole) Fajtak, one daughter, Marsha Faytak, and nine grandchildren; Keith Fajtak Jr., Justin Fajtak, Morgan Campbell, Christina (Matthew) Olson, Kayleigh Gotto, Derek (Mackenzie) Fajtak, Cassandra (Ryan) Smith, "I love you always, Nevaeh Faytak", "Noah Faytak, I love you always." Also surviving are eleven great grandchildren, with three more on the way.
Family and friends will be received on Tuesday, February 3, 2026 from 12 noon until the time of a Catholic Blessing Service at 2 pm at the Saul-Gabauer Funeral Home, 273 Route 68, Rochester, PA 15074. Interment will follow at Sylvania Hills Memorial Park.
