William D. Murton, age 79, of New Galilee, passed away on Friday, October, 31, 2025 at Heritage Valley Beaver. Born May 27, 1946, in Beaver Falls, he was the son of the late Kenny and Betty (Gallaher) Murton. Bill worked as an EMT/Paramedic for Medic Rescue for over 30 years until his retirement. He was a member of the Beaver Falls Turners.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Janet (Evans) Murton in 2005, and a granddaughter, Heather Walker in 2009.
He is survived by two daughters; Loriann (William) Walker, and Gail Lash, four grandchildren; Ashley, Meghan, Bryan and Shawn, six great grandchildren, and one sister, Nancyann (Butch) Gilbert.
As per Bill's wishes, all services were private and entrusted to the Saul-Gabauer Funeral Home, 273 Route 68, Rochester, PA 15074. A private interment will take place at Grandview Cemetery, Beaver Falls.
