Annette J. Church, 82, of Rockford, IL, passed away Tuesday evening, July 3, 2018 at Amberwood Care Center after a long illness. She was born March 28, 1936 in Warren, IL. Annette married Kenneth Church on May 22, 1954 in Rockford, IL. Annette was a homemaker who loved spending time with her family. She enjoyed playing bingo, cards and doing crossword puzzles. Annette was well traveled and saw most of the United States. Her favorite place to go was Minnesota.
Annette is loved and missed by her husband, Kenneth; children, Kenneth Church, Jr., Terry (Steve) Munson, Jerry Church, and Karen (Keith) Casstevens; grandchildren, Anthony (Lisa) Bloomingdale, Amber Church, Sunshine Bloomingdale, Thomas Young, Jean-Kai Munson, and Kelsey Kruse; great-grandchildren, Chayten, Saydee, El Salvador, and Bruce; great-great-grandson, Jordan; sisters, Catherine Jamison, and Barbara Gille, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, and brothers, Leslie, Lawrence and Laverne Gille.
At Annette’s request, no services will be held at this time.
