Anthon (Toni) Bennick, 77, of Rockford, passed away Monday, July 22, 2024 surrounded by family. Born March 22, 1947 in Chicago, Illinois. She worked for Septran for many years. She enjoyed watching soap operas, listening to music and spending time with family. She is survived by sisters, Ronnie, Jamie, Judy, and brother, Albert. Children, Tracey (Wesley Burks), Stacey (Jamie Nason), Robert (Chrystal Auth), Erin (Sebastian Bautista), and long time daughter-in-law, Renee Bennick; grandchildren, Sundi (Tony Pabon) Brittney, Jordan, Carmyne, Alyssa (Seth Martin) Anna, and Robert; great-grandchildren, Marcell, Romeo, Ilyana and Amora. Predeceased by parents Evangelina and Albert Martinez; sister, Connie Wier; husband, Bob Bennick, and special friend Deb Sanders.
A visitation for Toni will be held Tuesday, July 30, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Advantage Funeral and Cremation Services, 7000 West State Street, Rockford, Illinois 61102, followed by a funeral at 1:00 PM.
Toni will be laid to rest in Sunset Memorial Gardens, 8800 North Alpine Road, Machesney Park, IL 61115.
