Brian Keith Evans, 54, of Rockford died on Tuesday August 12, 2014 peacefully in his home after an illness.
Brian was born on September 8, 1959 in Viroqua, WI, the son of Keith and Sharon Olson Evans. He lived most of his life in Rockford.
Brian is survived by his son Jeremy Riihl, father Keith, two sisters Vickie (Ed) and Bonnie; two brothers Kevin (Donna) and Scott (Melinda) all of Rockford; 3 grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Brian was preceded by his mother Sharon, sister Kim, daughter Angel Evans and one granddaughter.
The family would like to thank OSF Hospice for the wonderful care and work they did for Brian and his family.
A memorial service to celebrate Brian’s life will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday August 19, 2014 at Kishwaukee Baptist Church 2742 9th Street in Rockford with Pastor David McDaniel officiating. Cremation rites have been accorded. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.advantagerockford.com
