ROCKFORD, IL. Carole A. Varcato-Harvey, was welcomed into heaven on Thursday, August, 27, 2015. Born October 8, 1943 in Rockford, to Joseph "Pete" and Josephine "Pina" Varcato. She married Robert Harvey and together shared 51 years of marriage while raising their three children. The essence of Carol, she loved her family, cooking huge meals, and making everyone laugh.
Survivors: husband, Bob; children, John Harvey, Jodi (Gary) Ames and Jennifer (Fiance, Gabe Pena); grandchildren, John, Joey, Katie, Zackaree, Michael and Skylar; great-grandchildren, Aubrey, Santos and Zoe; very special brother, Joe Varcato; Carol loved all her nieces, nephews and cousins, and special niece, Gina Heimert. Predeceased by parents.
