Christian Aponte, 31, of Rockford passed away Wednesday, February 17, 2021. Born April 10, 1989 in San Jose, CA. Son of Martin and Angelica Maria (Flores) Aponte. Survived by his significant other, Jessica and their newborn son; parents and many other family and friends.
