D. Judy D. King-Hedrick, 56, of Rockford passed away on Saturday October 10, 2015 at her home. She was born January 28, 1959 in Russellville, Alabama the daughter of Mamie King. Judy married Richard A. Hedrick on August 26, 1992 in Rockford. She was a retired LPN and was a non-affiliated with Southern Baptist. Survivors include husband Richard A. Hedrick, son Terry (Heidi) Kolff,Jr; daughter Nancy (Carrie) King; grandchildren Crystal White, Emily Kolff, Shiann Kolff and BreOnna Schober; great-grandchildren Destiny Rampat, Shaun Rampat, Jr, Nicholas Poole, Brayden Poole and Jaliana Moore; brothers Wayne Potts andPaul Mitchell; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Judy was predeased by her ex-husband Terry Lee Kolff,Sr, mother Mamie King, brothers Oscar Potts and Johnny Potts, sister Geraldine Bland and brother Leroy Potts.
A memorial service to celebrate Judy’s life will be from 3:00 pm until 5:00 pm Sunday October 18, 2015 at Advantage Funeral Home 7000 W. State St. in Rockford.
